Here are the two images that confuse me. The home screen says that Vista is loading my Desktop then goes to the blue screen. The only way for that to not start up, I restart in Safe Mode, then I receive this network error. How do you fix this? I'm sure it must be one of those situation that you just check the paths and make sure they add up. Has anyone had this problem before?
