Vista license issues

I currently have Vista in a Bootcamp partition and it runs fine. When I tried to have VMware Fusion access this partition, I ran into Vista license issues as it saw the VM as another Vista install. It also crapped out the Vista license in Bootcamp. So after deleting the VM and uninstalling Fusion, I had to call Microsoft to re-enable my license for the Bootcamp install.

Will I have the same problem with Parallels accessing my Bootcamp partition?
