I have some basic questions regarding the compressor function in parallels. In the manual it talks about backing up the my xp VM before running compressor. Is backing up before running compressor really important? Is cloning the vm the best way to backup? If so do I delete the copy once compressor finishes and I confirm that everything is ok with the original VM? How often do I run the compressor? Thanks for the help, I tried the the search option and did not find any topics that address these questions.
