Before I get into my issue, I can't figure out where/how to submit an email support request, though my account portal screen says I have email support days remaining. Every time i attempt to submit, it takes me to an article page which in turn asks how the article could be improved. Now, my actual problem is that my VM continues to crash/reboot itself. This is happening at least once a day when I'm running more than a few applications. When the VM is running light (only 1 or 2 apps), I usually don't have any issues, however when I start running it a little harder (3 instances of Visual Studio, SQLExpress, IIS, etc), the machine crashes after some use. I am running Parallels 7.0.15094 with 1 instance of Windows 7, configured with 3gb RAM and 1 CPU. More than 1 cpu, always crashes and has never felt stable enough to use for me. I've never had problems with Windows XP. I don't know how to figure out how to resolve this, and no error reporting screen pops up. It seems obvious other people don't have all these problems, so what can I do to troubleshoot and fix? Also, one other problem, on occasion when the computer wakes up from sleep, the keyboard and mouse get "locked out" . It appears that the keyboard/mouse control is not returned to the Mac properly. Pressing Ctrl+Alt does nothing, and I end up doing a hard reboot.
