    Hi,
I tried to print PDF by using "Print to PDF (Mac Desktop)" for varies applications. The file did show up on the desktop, but show error msg as the following:-

"Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'Windows 10 printed document-3.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."

    I tried to following actions:-
    - Restart VM and Mac
    - Remove parallels toolbox and reinstall

I also tried to print PDF on Mac side and print PDF on VM by using "Microsoft Print to PDF" both are working.

May I know what can I do to solve this issue, thank you so much.

I have a similar issue. VM installed on MacBook Pro 16 inch works fine but identical one on iMac 27 inch 5K doesn't. All same settings. Entirely new install of Mac OS Catalina on iMac and clone of entire MacBook Pro 16 installed on iMac via time machine restore. Yet iMac refuses to behave in the same way the MacBook Pro 16 does. Also, if I try to print a document of more than a certain amount of pages on iMac the converting postscript file dialogue box comes up but then no print dialog box afterwards on the iMac. Choose a document of a smaller amount of pages and it works absolutely fine. The MacBook Pro 16 however works fine no matter what. I really don't understand why there would be such a difference. Seems like the iMac can't handle big page number documents via windows VM for some reason. All other Mac side aspects are fine.
