W10 VM on Sequoia MacBook Pro intel i9 + 64GB CPU_SpeedLimit goes down to 20.

Hi all,
In recents months I've been suffering a strong performance problems with my VM win10. I've got an 2021 MBpro i9+64GB, which runs properly without any limitation, nor thermal pressures, everything ok. But once I launch the VM (8cpu 18GB) macOS starts throttling CPU, and limiting performance due to temperature, Even though CPU remains below 70C.

As a reference Using Android Studio and launching and app on the emulator really raises temp up to 95C peaks while building but the CPU_Speed_Limit (pmset -g thermlog) downs from 100 to 55 to come back to 100 after app laced.

I really feel that last Parallels updates have reduced the performance on my machine closed to unusable.

Any help ? Someone out there with same issues?
