starting the first week of January my web portal has been erroring out. it seems that durring the start of the day when everyone starts to log in the webportal will hang and timeout to a red "Logon Error", sometimes it will be a "connection error". if i do a IISreset sometimes that will work, and other times restarting the publishing agent works. restarting those services is a workaround but i need something more permanant. i have uninstalled 2X from all the servers restarted and re-installed 2X as well as making a new server for the webportal. using an export of the settings to keep all my published applications. this all seems to have started after the hard drive that the webportal was on got filled. but i have made a new server and installed the webportal on there and am still getting the same errors.

sorry, but that didnt do anything. i still get "logon failed" errors in the first 45 minutes of the day. support said they think it is a problem with the gateway but i have done a full re-install of the gateway server.
Hi, Admin 2x i have similar problem with web portal after 1 hour accessed by our clients, 2x web portal becomes error make a screenshot like this, i usually do restart iis server and the web portal good again and then after accessed by many of users, the web portal goes down again. Hi aairoso There have been a few releases of Webportal since last year. I recommend updating to the latest build from http://www.2x.com/downloads/ and contact Support if the issue persists.
