What components can be deleted for lean installation?

    I use Parallels on a very limited basis (primarily for a couple of ANNOYING websites that only work with IE7) and would like to preserve as much hard drive space as I can. Can someone point me to a reference that would indicate what windows (and/or Parallels) components can be safely deleted?
