Since upgrading to Desktop 14, the option under Devices to share folders has disappeared. It appears any other form of sharing Mac folders with a Windows 7 installation has changed. Is there an issue here, or has the way it works changed?
Hi FrankA3. Please start the virtual machine. Select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Reinstall Parallels Tools and make sure that the tools are installed successfully. Then restart the virtual machine and check if it helps.
