What is the normal time to go from an Apple desk to the Win 10 desktop?

Sorry- this should've been a new thread. It doesn't have anything to do with running 32bit apps under Catalina/ Parallels.
The short question is how long should take to go from the Mac Mojave v10.14.6 desktop to the Win10 desktop.
Win10 runs fine once it loads it just just takes between 5 and 10 minutes to get there. I'll get various spinning Win icons and text (Windows is starting, etc..) in the Win10 world (blue win background). Is this normal or do I have something set up wrong?

If you need I can take detailed notes with timing and messages at each stage of the process.

once your Windows VM started, does it work OK, without and lags?
Did you try the Windows clean boot? If not, please try ans let us know the results.
