Where do I install my large programs?

Hi, I'm not expert in computers and am brand new to parallels so please bear with me.

I have a mid 2011 iMac with 4 core i5 3.1ghz 12gb ram 2gb gfx running OSX lion and Win 7 on Parallels 9.

I want to install some large programs (design software and games) but by default they try to install in C: which only has 10GB of 63GB space left. I see two elements to parallels on labelled iCloud and Home. I assume these are the Mac and Win file divisions.

My questions are: How do I install my Win programs outside of C: and where should I install them?

 

Problem solved: I expanded the size of the Virtual disk using the configuration panel.
