I loaded Parallels onto my Mac because I need to use Internet Explorer to run the online system I use for my charity. I have been using it fine for a few weeks now I just click Windows Start Menu and boom theres my Surface Desktop but everytime Windows 10 updates I lose my option to open my Windows Start Menu (the clone of my Surface tablet that I used to add Windows to my Mac) Today it has updated again and no matter what I do I cannot get the Windows Start Menu (in grey in the screenshot) to become live which means I can't access the Surface desktop and without that I cant open Internet Explorer. ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Can anyone help? All I need is for Internet Explorer to load as it did before!! What on earth am I doing wrong!!!
