Where is my activation key? Can't get support.

    Looks like I'm in a double bind. I bought the Parallels Desktop Switch to Mac Edition (v4), installed it, upgraded to v5 per the prompts and it says my trial key will expire in 5 days! How do I get my activation key. I can't use support chat since it requires a key. Support won't take the trial key either. Where do I go from here?

    Help!
