I want renew a product that just expired, Toolbox. Renewal pricing is cheaper than a new purchase. The renewal feature disappeared from my main login interface. Can I "find" the renewal pricing?
I wish to clarify my above posting as I saw a response to someone who had a similar question. Support Staff: Please read this. I have video proof of me trying to renew, with preferred pricing, my Toolbox subscription, and your system substituting my Parallels Toolbox renewal for a renewed Desktop Professional license renewal process. This happened so frequently that I told the system I didn't want to see renewals anymore, hoping I could selectively pick my Toolbox licenses first. I did not intend to dismiss the opportunity to renew. Now, most of my Toolbox renewals have disappeared, as has the opportunity to renew my Desktop Professional renewal. I can replicate this error by selecting the toolbox client of an expired client and selecting renew. I have video proof of this. I want Parallels to restore my opportunity to renew my Toolbox licenses at preferred pricing and my Desktop Professional license. I am within my grace period of renewal on all my licenses. Pretty frustrated. I hope I can get some help.
I would appreciate a member of staff looking at this post. I believe I experienced problems with renewal from a systems glitch. Many people seem to be having similar issues with renewal. These renewal issues scream for a different process.
