Where to find activation key after installation?

I have purchased parallels 11 in a store in town. I have downloaded and installed parallels. Now a grey box appears telling me to enter my activation key which I can find in the desktop box (what is that??). Thanks for your help! Alison

 

Hello Alison, the activation key is the license key which will help you in activating Parallels Desktop. Its a 30 character long alpha numeric key. If you did not get this activation key in your Packet that you have purchased for Parallels Desktop 11, then I would suggest you to contact that store and either ask for a refund or a product with an activation key.
