Where's the update for Parallels 4???

I have purchased Parallels 4 for Mac, and have been problems with the auto update. The advice I've read is to download the software directly from the Parallels website. However, the only Parallels software available for direct download appears to be Parallels 5 for Mac. Where can I find the latest version of Parallels 4?

Found it, thanks. For future reference, how do I find updates in the future? There was no obvious path to this on the website.
