Hi, I had until today one license each for parallels 11 and 12. I was also using the 14-day trial for version 13. Today, I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday discount and bought an upgrade license, with the intention of upgrading version 11 to 13 so that I have working licenses of 12 and 13. But, when I entered the upgrade license number on the machine running version 13 (trial license), the upgrade license was immediately accepted. I expected to be asked for a previous license for the upgrade license to work. What I would like to know is whether it was 11 or 12 that got upgraded, or to put it in other words, what 2 licenses do I have now? Is it 11 & 13, or 12 & 13? As mentioned, I would like to have 12 & 13, so that next year I can upgrade 12 to 14 and end up with 13 & 14. (Always having the newest version and the previous version) If it was 12 that got upgraded today, leaving me with 11 & 13, can you manually adjust my profile so that I have 12 & 13? Hi @Young , Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac is activated in imac17 and Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac is active in imac09. So you should have been upgraded from version 11 to 13.
