Which Macbook M4 should I choose for smoothly running parallels on it?

I was initially considering getting the MacBook Air with the M4 chip, but I've seen complaints about overheating and throttling without even using Parallels. Since I plan to run Power BI Desktop via Parallels, I'm now wondering which model would be better suited for that. Specifically, I'm trying to decide between MacBook Pro with either M4, M4 Pro, or M4 Max. Also, how much RAM would be ideal for this kind of use?
