Who's **** do I need to suck to get some help!?

    I've got a request for assistance on Messenger, Twitter, and this forum going for almost 5 days now. It shouldn't be this difficult to get help from someone! This is a business correct? I pay for a service don't I or is this a charity? At this point, the reality of the situation is a bit blurred.

    Please answer one of my three requests so we can move on from this.
