Why can't I give my VM 1.5GB RAM?

I don't know what happened, but I had a perfectly working XP VM on my Mac Pro. I have 5GB of RAM and assigned 1.5GB to the VM. Then, I replaced my monitor with a 30"... Afterwards, when I tried to start the VM, Parallels said there wasn't enough room for virtual memory, but the drive has almost 200GB of free space. Then, I tried re-installing Parallels and got the same error. The only way I can start the VM now is by lowering the amount of RAM I give it to 1400MB.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
