Why does Win XP set to 10Mbps

    Running Parallels on a 20" iMac. Port speed on Mac side set to 100Full. On the Parallels/Win aside it shows @ 10Mbps. How to adjust or why does it set to that?

    Did you installed Parallels Tools (from menu VM->Install Parallels Tools)?
