WiFi drops

    Mac pro ios 10.14.4
    parallels 10.4.0
    cablevision Altice router/cable box

    whenever i open parallels my wifi signal constantly drops and reaquires. ive read that it could be the router not allowing multiple IP address to a single mac address. does anyone know if a setting can be changed inside parallels or the altice router?
    i have fios at home and am NOT having this issue but this happens at a customers house

    Hi, did you try to change the network modes from shared to bridged, just for test.
