I installed Parallels Desktop and I learned how to connect my PSP with the internet via Wifi Max which is a windows only WLAN adapter, the problem that seems to arise is that it won't appear as a new hard drive when I insert it into the USB. PD prompts me, asking if I want to connect the device directly to the virtual machine and I select 'yes' but nothing happens after that. Is anyone knowledgeable about this?
I am not sure why you are connecting PSP to Windows, if you want to connect to wireless you can simply perform this from PSP
In order to play PSP games over the internet, you need specific wireless routers or a Wifi Max. The alternative for using it on Mac itself would require me to purchase Airport Express. I want Windows because I am more use to the feel and I also enjoy the games that are strictly PC only.
I am not familiar with this, so this is my time to ask questions Why cannot you use Internet sharing in Mac OS? I don't tell why you want to use Windows, I ask, what you are trying to connect to Windows as hard disk If you could give some links where I can read about this maybe I get some info
For some reason, in order to connect with the internet to play a game (not internet browsing) you need... nvm, here's a quote from a thread in GameSpot, not sure how accurate it is but makes sense, I've heard Airport Extreme* (sorry, not express) supports it, but not the default that come with the iMac. I only have XP on and will update it to Vista in a couple of days, that might be the problem. So I'll wait until then.
