I am one of the IT people in the corp I work for. We do not have many Macs in the environment and I'm the only Mac person on the team. I recently deployed a brand new Mac on Sierra. Installed latest version of Parallels, with our Windows 7 image. An end user is currently having problems with the Wifi. We have an internal Wifi network that connects to our network without having to use the network cable. When she connects to the Wifi network, opens Safari, she is able to get on the internet and intranet with no problems. She opens her VM goes on the intranet it works, internet as well. She mostly works out of the Mac side, she then goes to Safari tries the internet or intranet, connection drops as if she is not connected. Wifi network says she is connected but she is not able to get into internet or intranet. She then either has to use the ethernet cable or reboot Mac to get it to work. I recreated a new image, no change. I am unsure what would be the next steps. Besides reinstalling. We recently deployed a few Macs at that location, 4 so far. 1 confirmed not working (this end user), she reports her manager may be having problems, but this is not confirmed. Other users have no problem. Thanks.
