I have a working Parallels Build 3094 and all is good. I have upgraded to Leopard 10.5.1 on one of my partitions and I would like to be able to run parallels from THAT partition. So, if I upgrade to 3.0 will it change my virtual disk (beyond installing a new version of parallels tools). What I want to make sure of is that I can run parallels from my OLD Tiger partition using the SAME virtual disk... (the guest OS is Windows XP). Thanks for any help (Yes I do have bootable backups, backups of my old virtual disk, etc.).
yes of course so clone your VM first and play with a clone keeping your 2.* in a safe place - or two with a back up Hugh W
So by "yes of course" you mean that parallels WILL change my virtual hard disk making it unreadable from version 2? Just want to make sure... J
