I have a copy of Parallels 9 for Mac lurking around, which I've never installed. I also have some older virtual machines which were set up by Parallels 6 (I don't remember whether it was Windows or Linux).
Before I waste my time installing the Mac version, will it be able to successfully mount the older virtual machines? I'm running OSX Yosemite 10.10.3.
    Thanks!
    Robert

    Hi Robert,
Yes, you will be able to use the old Virtual Machine with Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac. To install Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac, please follow the steps suggested at, http://kb.parallels.com/116989
