The FDA has a new login system that you can see your correspondence on a Mac (10.12 Sierra)/Firefox. However to submit you need to use Win 7 with IE 11. The issue is that the document browser button doesn't see any files. I stumbled on the solution. I put my files on a flash and load from there. Still waiting if they accept the document so I can register for next year. P.S. I had to turn off all and do mean all the security for IE for it to work.
