Win 8 upgrade fail: Page Fault in Non-paged area

    PD 8, latest build as of Nov 4 2012

    Can't install Win 8 upgrade.

    Purchase, download and it goes thru 20 min or so of setup then errors and restores Win 7.

    Help?
