Win Millennium Edition

I know it's pretty rare and it's a pretty old operating system, but I have Parallels Desktop for Mac and one of the operating systems I run is Windows ME. It has been running fine but recently I updated to the latest version of Parallels, and hence a new version of Parallels Tools. Since updating Parallels Tools Windows ME will not start - it just returns to the configuration page. Anybody have any ideas?
