Win XP VM constantly suspending

Asked a Win XP VM to suspend. Has been suspending for a day or so. Have now tried Force Quitting Parallels, but everytime comes back suspending on the Win XP VM.
Have tried deleting various mem and sav files from the VM contents, but it keeps doing it.
Any thoughts?

 

I just posted the same exact issue. By any chance, are you running Mac OSX Lion ?

 

I am running OSX lion...
I need a fix quick - I use this VM for work....

 

I restarted the Mac and when it came back up it detected the virtual machine was no longer suspending and re-started cleanly.
