Win10 doesn't start with update KB4586786

    Restart Win10 after installed KB4586786 update, it doesn't start up (just black screen with mouse cursor).

    Your Windows version is 1909? try to update to 20H2.

    I removed KB4586786 on Windows Update, reboot, re-install KB4586786, reboot again, and works everything fine now!
