I will take delivery of a new MAC within a few days and start the conversion from Windows to MAC. I learned about Parallels when I searched for MAC versions of Quickbooks and Paperport softwares. Quickbooks does have a MAC version but it will end support in early 2019 and the software is not as capable as the Windows version. I also do know about the online version but am not sure yet if it will satisfy my needs. I have used Paperport for a very long time and it has one function that is a lifesaver for me and a must have. The Paperport printer driver, which allows me to print anything directly to the Paperport desktop with no need to actually scan anything. Paperport stopped supporting MAC several years ago. I am a complete novice to the idea of using Parallels. Anyone having experience with using Parallels to run Quickbooks and or Paperport, please post your advice.
