I recently moved my Win7 Ultimate VM (Pv8) from my Mac Mini to a new 13" MacBook Pro 13" w/Retina, both Macs running OSX Mavericks. Went as planned. Soon after that I upgraded from Pv8 to Pv9. Also seemed to go well and I've been enjoying the environment but for one bug I found running Office Excel. That story in another thread soon. Lately I've been seeing unable to install device driver messages when I restart the Win7 guest OS. So I looked in the Win7 Device Manager and I see: - "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4288U CPU @ 2.60GHz" x4 - "Unknown Device" x5 - "Virtual USB Printer" x1 - "Virtual Printer (Print to PDF (Mac Desktop))" x1 I have tried re-installing v9 Tools - no change. I tried completely uninstalling tools, restarting guest OS and manually reinstalling Tools - no change. I have nothing plugged into my physical USB ports on the MacBook Pro, just one external monitor on 1x TB port. What am I missing here? Any help appreciated. G.

Problem Report ID generated: 44483825 That process "thanked me for my feedback on the product" at the end which is not really what I was doing - I was looking for some assistance to fix it. So I created a ticket and sent that in as well. I didn't know we had a limited number of support tickets to submit either. Mmmmmmmmm.... Let me know what you find. G.
