Obviously XP will use much less memory. But I have heard that Win 7 have VM optimizations. Is this true? Does win7 run better in a VM than XP? I am on a quad core i7. Thanks ~S
Since SP3 Memory requirements for Windows XP have grown considerably, in fact, to run Windows XP post SP3 or Windows 7 requires the same about the same amount of RAM, I recommend more than 1 GB for both.
