win7 -> win7 via browser is not supported?

My issue:

I have installed Parallels Access on my both PCs with windows 7 x64 ultimate on each.
Tried Chrome (Version 39.0.2171.99 m), Opera (12.17) on one of them to connect another one.
All i see is oversized part of desktop without mouse working. Keyboard's arrows work, i could select icon on desktop. But everything else doesn't work.​

P.S.: I have support ticket 2056272, but Manoj Raghu decided i am talking about mac and mobile for some weird reason and suggested to reinstall applications. Since i reminded him, that i was talking about windows, no reply for 2 days already.

Thanks for reply. If i remember right, problem was proxycap. Uninstalled it eventually and parallels started to work as intendent.
