win7 windows update fails under parallels desktop 11 for mac ox El Capitan

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I been dealing with this issue for weeks! No matter what I do ( Microsoft fix it, web sites, numerous advices) my windows update does get stuck
checking for updates forever... Two days ago, I did follow this ...from support to another member:

Hi, Please try the following steps:
1. Download Windows Update Client for Windows 7
2. Download Windows System Update Readiness Tool
3. Restart Windows and make sure it is disconnected from internet before Windows loads.
4. Once booted install Windows Update Client, if reboot is required do so and stay disconnected from internet.
5. Now install the System Update Readiness Tool package, this is a big package and will install many updates along with cleaning up and repairing the Windows update store.
6. After installing the Tool, reboot and connect to internet and do a manual Windows Update, it should work much faster now.

It did work downloading about 215 updates but installed only 106 from them and restarting computer because it run low memory, after that, I could not get
resuming installation updates neither downloads nothing anymore. I am back do my previous situation... terrible... please someone help me to fix this.

Please take a snapshot of your virtual machine (in Parallels Desktop menu bar go to Virtual Machine -> Take snapshot) and kindly follow the steps from the article and check how it works.
