    Dear all,

Recently I've joined the new team and received new corporate laptop with Win7Pro on it. Local IT guy is a little... strange, so I still cannot convince him that my MBP can do all the company needs from me.

I want to migrate existing Win7 into a VM on MBP (hope the process explained here works: http://kb.parallels.com/en/113269), but there're two questions I must be certain of before I start (as I won't be able to fix it without local IT, and the they won't help me):

    - will Active Directory domain membership migrate together with the OS? As I understood from the KB113269, the migration is simply clean installation of guest OS and then transfer of all the settings. In this case it doesn't look like the membership will be transferred too... Does anybody have the similar experience?

    - they use Cisco AnyConnect VPN client. Will its settings (particularly the server certificate) be moved to the new guest OS? In this case it looks more likely as the settings (at least I heard so) are stored somewhere in the Win-user profile folder. Yes, I know - there's MacOS version of the VPN client and even embedded support for Cisco IPsec in MacOS, but the IT won't give me the server certificate used to auth the machines by VPN.

Thank you for your help ;)
