Is anyone aware of a window manager (such as Divvy, Moom, Winsplit) that works correctly with Parallels Coherence mode (running a Windows 7 VM on Mac OS X)? Every one I've tried either has no effect, or has all sorts of problematic behavior--such as appearing to move the window visually, but the "actual" position (where the mouse registers) doesn't change.

I think the Mac side ones generally don't work because Parallels doesn't work with Apple's Accessibility API, or at least I've seen comments to that effect. Not sure why the Windows side ones don't work.

I've successfully installed Divvy in both the Mac and Windows VM (there's a slight discount for buying both versions). I assigned Option/Alt-Z to open its display panel on Mac and Option/Alt-X to open it on the Windows VM. I configured the shortcuts identically.

In Coherence mode, when the focus is on a Windows window, Option/Alt-X is interpreted by the Windows Divvy. And when the focus is on a Mac window, Option/Alt-Z is interpreted by the Mac Divvy.

There's a 25% discount if you buy the Mac and Windows bundle at mizage.com.
