Window Size While Running Windows

I'm running Windows 7 on PD 4 and have a question about maximizing windows. First off, when I run PD, I use the coherence view. I also hide the Windows taskbar while in this view. Whenever I start up an application and click on the 'Maximize' button for the window, it takes up most of the screen, except the area where the Windows taskbar would go if it wasn't hidden. I used to not have this problem until I update PD 4.

My question is this: is there a way that I can have the window of a Windows application take up the whole area of the screen (from the top of the screen below the finder bar, to the bottom of the screen above the application dock) while in coherence view?
