Window won't shut down

    Anybody can help me, please

    I am a new user for Parallels with build 5582. I am using Mac OS X 10.5.2. After I have installed Window XP SP2, I found that I can't restart or shut down the window. It will just stay in the page which showing the window is shutting down. Can anybody help me? Thanks very much
