Hi, I have parallels 11 for Mac running a Windows 10 VM. I have an issue where updates in Windows 10 will just download whenever they want, regardless of what type of network the host (MacBook Pro 2015) is on. I have a WiFi connection to a 4G WiFi modem with limited download allowance. As I understand it, Windows 10 will, by default, only auto-download when it thinks it is on an Ethernet network. However, my Windows 10 VM thinks it's constantly connected via an Intel Pro/1000 MT Ethernet connection. So, two questions: 1) Can I have the Windows 10 VM sense what the host is on, and to flag to Windows 10 when I'm on a different WiFi network? 2) Can I force Windows 10 to think I'm ALWAYS on a WiFi network and then just manually download updates? Failing this, can I override the whole auto-download process (like on previous Windows OS's) to only download manually? Thx
