On another thread I shared that I can't open Microsoft Access on the windows 10 side of my MAC. I decided to run the microsoft fix for access but I can't get online on the windows side. In looking around windows 10 I see the airplane mode is on. When I slide it to off it goes right back to on. Can't figure out how to turn airplane mode off. So I have one problem on top of another. New to Parallels and windows 10 and not having good success.

    Hello @JoAnnR
Please try this solution to turn off the airplane mode. The issue which you've reported is not related with Parallels and it happens on real PC's as well.

    I did everything under
"switch is stuck, grayed out or not working"
except No. 3 --- not really sure how to remove the battery on my Mac Book Pro.
Wish I knew what to do.

Please install a windows 10 test virtual machine and let us know if you experience the same issue.

I was able to fix this by going into parallels settings--hardware---usb&bluetooth. I then checked the "share bluetooth devices with windows" box. I was then able to turn off airplane mode. Funny thing is Ive never messed with this setting before, and never had a problem. My system just unchecked this setting by itself. I am running Parallels 11.2.3 on a mac running 10.11.6 el capitan
