    Hello,

    thank you for your feedback.

    Please take screenshot of the issue and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.

    Hello,

    As per the technical report, it'a copied virtual machine and Parallels tools is not installed.

    Can you please install Parallels Tools and retry?

    I reinstalled Parallels tools (there was no option install, only reinstall).
    This did not fix the problem. I generated and uploaded a new report. The 9-digit ID is:
    451825857

    I have the same problem. I am tired of parallels support ...... they don´t fix the problem in new versions. it is frustrating.
