    Hi there, hope someone can help me here.

    I bought a new copy of Windows10 and installed it through Parallels Desktop v.10.2.2.
    Immediately on installation Windows works beautifully, everything as expected.
    However, if I shut down Windows and restart I get the following error message;
    Windows cannot find '::{3080F90D-D7AD-11D9-BD98-0000947B0257}'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
    Windows does boot up and is sort of usable, but it starts with a blank Shell Experience host screen. When I locate the Windows10 window is in the lower left third of my screen and if I try to resize it, it slides off to the right and a blank Shell Experience screen replaces the background apps etc. All very clunky and nothing like the usability when it was initially loaded.

    I've tried deleting the whole installation and reinstalling and just went round the same loop. Perfect at first, all wrong after a Windows restart.

    Any help would be very welcome
