I successfully installed Windows 10 within Parallels on my Mac Book Air. Bought a second copy of W10 and Parallels 11 (subscription) for my wife's Mac Book Pro. The installation is "hung" in the Parallels Wizard at a Shell> command. Going nowhere. What to do now?

This just got resolved a short time ago. I have learned that the virtual machine being created probably entered into an EFI boot process. I'm new to Parallels, and reached out to the Forum first (where I've been reading). Dawned on me I should open a support ticket. Through that process David Arjun suggested following the procedure in http://kb.parallels.com/122735. I didn't have a VM yet, so the procedure wasn't an exact fit, but when I stopped and started the Parallels Desktop, restarting the VM build process, all proceeded normally.
