Hi there, I have just installed and currently trying Parallels 13 i have 2 questions 1. I believe i have an OEM Key but i have since discovered by reading another forum post that OEM key is not compatible with Parallels. can anyone confirm this and what type of key i need ? I also read on another post that a single language key works or needed ? To be honest i am confused, can anyone shed any light on this and tell me how i and what i need to get windows activated under Parallels. 2, When i discovered my key would not activate i deleted and removed the VM but it has left the Windows 10 Application folder on my launchpad, how do i delete this ? I tried deleting it to trash it doesnt and if i click on it i get the message Unable to open the windows 10 Application Folder It was either moved or deleted. Restart or start the Windows 10 virtual machine and try again. Thanks Jon
