Windows 10 Xbox One Game Streaming - Horrible w/Parallels 10 Latest Version

So I bought a copy of Windows 8.1 and Parallels in preparation for this as I saw it working with the tech release - I have a MacBook Pro Early 2011 with 16 gigs of ram and 500 gig SSD drive. I upgraded to Windows 10 and updated the Xbox app, plugged in the controller - I was able to connect and stream but it was slow, pixelated, and laggy. It's not my connection because it works fine on my Surface 3. The VM has 4 CPU's and 12288 memory. Any suggestions to improve performance? Do I need to do a fresh install? If so my question/concern there probably for another post is will Windows 10 authenticate?

Please refer http://kb.parallels.com/121578 to create empty virtual machine and transfer hard drive from the existing virtual machine to empty virtual machine.
This workaround might help you in resolving the issue,please let us know if issue persist.
