    I am also stuck on Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22623.1180 (ni_release)
    I only see "Error encountered" and that's it. Stays like that for few months. It downloads it but the install always fails.

    I am also still waiting for 22H2 update. Parallels 18.1.1 on 14" M1 pro.
