So sadly Parallels Desktop seems to be the only available option to run Windows 11 on a M1 correctly. I tried to use the trial of version 17. After installing Windows 11 I am greeted with the login screen of Windows. I am asked for my credentials. Because Parallels Desktop doesn't let you install Windows like a normal human being and it instead does it stupid ass automatic installation, I was unable to create an user in the first place. How do I login? The support is as unhelpful as always.
