windows 11 update failure : 0XC1900101 - 0x20017

    my windows 11 stop updating since build 25140 at 220610. every time i tried to update will cause update failure:
    0xC1900101 - 0x20017
    The installation failed in the SAFE_ OS phase with an error during BOOT operation

    is there any thing i can fix? many thanks!
